Roanoke Valley Veterinary Practice Managers Association

For meeting dates, location and time: Meetings are the last Tuesday of every month at 8:30 a.m. at Panera Bread cafe on 419 in Roanoke. Occationally we offer dinner meetings with speakers.
The goal of this association will be fostering camaraderie between hospitals and to serve as a forum for idea exchange. It is our belief that we can strengthen our own practices while advocating excellence within all practices. Our discussions will center on managerial struggles such as strategic planning, marketing, staff motivation and incentives, and human resource issues. There will not be any discussion of clinic finances, fee structures, or specific case management.
